Installation & Commissioning - TPC has developed a wide network to deliver the equipment on door delivery basis. Even off loading at site and positioning the equipments are organized by TPC.
- Installation at site can be undertaken by TPC.
- Commissioning & servicing are provided by TPC.
- All equipments will carry an operation/maintenance manual, which contains start-up procedures.

After sales servicesAll TPC products carry a warranty of one year from the date of dispatch of the equipment.
Special Warranty is offered as per customer requirement with additional charges. Warranty is against any manufacturing defects and servicing is module based. TPC service centers are located in various cities to facilitate prompt services to all our customers. All service centers are equipped with requisite spares and logistic supports for emergency/routine services. TPC provides extensive product training for customers to avoid undue break downs.
We offer shifting of UPS when customers change their premises. AMC of UPS Annual Maintenance Contract will be taken for TPC UPS after warranty period and we do take AMC of third party UPS also after inspection by our Engineers. We upgrade online UPS to recent technology to enhance its life and improve reliability and performance to increase MTBF.
